Last night on The Apprentice (UK), Sir Alan arranged a stand for the candidates at the country’s biggest baby show, The Baby Show at Earls Court in London. The candidates had to pick two products to sell to prospective moms and dads, from a selection including the Heelarious baby shoes!

The 2nd Annual Bravo A-list Awards aired on Wednesday, April 15, 2009 at 10pm on Bravo.

The 81st Annual Acedemy Awards is Sunday 2/22 and all the celebs will be on the red carpet strutting their stuff.  Even if the nominees don’t win the Oscar, they will still be winners…Each nominee will receive a pair of heelarious lil’ buckaroo boots.  Distinctive Assets will be easing the pain of those that don’t get to take Oscar home. The day after the Oscars, Distinctive Assets, is sending its “Everybody Wins at the Oscars” Gift Basket to Oscar nominees who didn’t win in the major Academy Awards categories of Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Supporting Actor, Best Supporting Actress and Best Director.

Heelarious loves Japan! Our shoes can now be found in 2 stores in Japan and last week we were featured in a Vogue article that is on news stands now!

The Ellen DeGeneres Show, an Emmy Award winning television talk show hosted by actress/comedian Ellen Degeneres was a recent recipient of the SCMs Celebrity Baskets. The baskets, filled with “Mommy and Baby Must Haves” such as Heelarious High Heels, were sent to Ellen to be given to guests of the show.

We are so excited to be featured on the Today Show again!!! We should be on around 7:50am (west coast time). So if you’re up, check it out (or set your recorder). We’ll try and get the video up ASAP.

It’s been a minute since our last post and I’m sure you’ve missed us as much as we’ve missed you. We’ve been  busy and have some really exciting Top Secret events coming up. Until then, we just keep selling shoes and getting new stores everyday. Having lived in L.A., I’m pretty excited that you can now buy Heelarious shoes at Kitson Kids on Robertson and both the Melrose and Santa Monica Fred Segal stores. Stay tuned as Heelarious will be featured on Inside Edition and Evening Magazine in the next few weeks!

According to our sources, it’s been confirmed that Nicole Richie, Elisabeth Rohm, Minnie Driver, and Tori Spelling all have heelarious high heels for their baby girls!
